Compare Dynamics 365 searches
There are four ways to find data in Dynamics 365:
- Relevance Search
- Full-text Quick Find (single-entity or multi-entity)
- Quick Find (single-entity or multi-entity)
- Advanced Find
Multi-entity Quick Find is also called Categorized Search.
The following table provides a brief comparison of the four available options.
